Quality Policy

It is the policy of Resolution NDT Ltd to provide a high quality, efficient and professional service that ensures customer satisfaction. Resolution NDT is committed to -

  • Provide a service that consistently meets or exceeds customer, statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Continual improvement of our quality management system, processes and services.
  • Providing competent and certified staff to perform inspections.
  • Providing clear, concise and accurate documentation of inspection results.
  • Operating to an NDT Code of Ethics.

The company operates a QMS that regularly evaluates its processes and customer requirements to ensure reduction of risk and continual improvement.

This policy is reviewed at least annually as part of the management review or by a change in the needs of relevant interested parties or risks and opportunities identified that may affect the QMS.

The policy is communicated, understood and applied throughout the organisation and available to all interested parties.
